• All the personal data that we ask you for and that you provide us with will be included in a privately owned file, for which Materia Prima SC is responsible and the only addressee.
• The data you provide us with are included in the treatment called ‘Investigation of users of Materia Prima’, in order to be analysed and presented anonymously to third parties within the framework of an investigation.
• All the data we collect is subject to our commitment to confidentiality, with the legally established security measures, and under no circumstances is it passed on to or processed by third parties, whether natural or legal persons, without your prior consent.
• You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time by writing to Materia Prima at hola@materiaprima.net.
• The data will be archived and kept for a minimum period of 12 months.
